We are excited to have the Princeton Katzenjammers in Naples for an a cappella performance on May 29. The undergrads are enjoying a few days in Florida after exams and before the start of Reunions.
The Katzenjammers were founded in 1973 by Peter Urquhart '74 and Mimi Danly '74, the then-music directors of the Nassoons and the Tigerlilies, Princeton's oldest single-sex groups. With repertoire from Bach to the Beatles, the Katzenjammers quickly established themselves as not only the youngest, but the most versatile and musical group on campus. Their incredibly diverse repertoire and wide range of voices formed the basis of a new musical style, a completely different breed of a cappella in the midst of hundreds of single-sex groups nationwide. For the last 45 years the Katzenjammers have been entertaining audiences with their depth of sound and wide range of repertoire.
This is a concert you will not want to miss! Bring your friends and enjoy one of Princeton's treasures!
Tickets are FREE, but reservations are requested. Kindly RSVP directly with Trey Farmer '93 at (212) 300-5444 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
